Adventure North Wales (ANW) Refund Policy

ANW are delighted to confirm all clients who requested a refund have been reimbursed in full or rebooked future dates of their choice. During this difficult time ANW took the decision to ensure clients did not undergo any further financial stress. Refunds were completed within 14 days.

I would like to thank all of our activity and accommodation partners who worked with us during this extremely testing time for clients and business. There is no doubt our close and long relationship with our partners has enabled ANW to provide our clients with total peace of mind.
