So, are you ready for some rugged off roading on our chunky-wheeled quads? Next, we gear up in sexy neoprene wetsuits for a spot of rock jumping, slab sliding and play in the stunning canyon. A real adult playground.

The following day we head up to one of the craggy rock faces for a session of rock climbing under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
